INTRODUCTION

With the expansion of railwaynetwork, decreased migrant workers, high percentage of private vehicle trips,the public transportation rate in whole transport system is gradually declining.Due to the increasing cost of labor and operation, the gross profit of publictransport companies represent a downward trend, the public transportationindustry has entered the stage of low-profit.

Road transportation carried over 16billion passengers, decreased 6.7% compared with 2014. The passenger volume achievedmore than 1 trillion person-km, reduced by 2.3%

There were 7 listed public transportcompanies in 2015.Facing the fierce competition, public transport companiescould adjust the marketing strategy to develop the new market and value-addedservices. Meanwhile, it is a driver of growth for public transport company bythe development of logistics and related travelling.
